This notice explains why the personal data you send us through cosmex.ai is processed, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Spectrace Teknoloji · Medeniyet Teknopark Üsküdar Alanı, Ünalan Mahallesi, Ünalan Caddesi No:1, A Blok D: 2-D, Üsküdar / İstanbul as data controller.

How the contact form works
The contact form on this site does not send what you fill in to any server. When you press send, the email application on your own device opens with your text already prepared.
The decision to send the message is yours. Unless you send it, your information never reaches us at all.
Data we process
When you send the message, your full name, company name, work email address, phone number and the content of your message reach us as an email and are processed only within that scope.
Your acceptance of this notice and the version of the text you accepted are also included in the message.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to assess your request, respond to you and conduct pre-contractual discussions.
The legal basis is your explicit consent and the conduct of discussions leading to a contract. Your data is not added to any marketing list.
Transfers
Your data is never sold to third parties. Processing uses only the infrastructure of our corporate email provider.
Retention
Once your request is concluded, and where no commercial relationship is established, the data is kept for at most twenty-four months and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.
You can send your requests to info@cosmex.ai; they are answered within thirty days at the latest.

This site uses no cookies. There are no marketing, tracking or analytics cookies; pages reach your browser as they are.
