How It Works
The product is examined both in the field and in an accredited laboratory. Field screening provides a rapid preliminary assessment; where a decision is required, laboratory analysis is taken as the basis. Both results are consolidated on one record.
Implementation is completed in four steps
Implementation is carried out once. The scope and frequency of inspection then remain under your control.
Defining scope
The products to be followed and the declarations to be verified are determined jointly. Scope is defined on the basis of product range and batch frequency.
Field screening
The product is examined at your own facility using a handheld reader and the mobile application. The result is displayed on screen and recorded.
Laboratory confirmation
Where a decision is required, the sample is directed to an accredited laboratory. Sample flow and reporting are managed by us.
Assessments provided
Areas reported from the first day.
Declaration overlap
The degree of overlap between the content declaration on the packaging and the profile measured in the product is assessed.
Undeclared components
Notification is issued when an unexpected substance or an unexpected ratio is detected.
Batch identity
Whether the examined product corresponds to the reference batch profile is compared.
Let us assess the implementation process together.
Share your product range and batch frequency, and we will provide an assessment of scope and timeline.
